Family Counselling

family_skates-320x200Hills Church provides qualified counselling for Couples, Individuals and Children. In addition to our pastoral support team, we have a full-time professional couseller. This service is sponsored by the Qld. Goverment Department of Child Safety.

What is counselling?

Counselling can ease psychological and emotional pain.  It facilitates change in any of the mental, physical, psychological, emotional, financial, spiritual and social aspects of the human experience and functioning.  Counselling provides a genuine, empathetic and safe environment where the client can talk about his/her problems.  It can also provide the necessary tools to change destructive and dysfunctional behaviours.
